Ceremonial Cacao
Our two hour ceremony begins with an activating cacao blend, infused with blue lotus, blackcurrant, vanilla, reishi, shiitake and turkey’s tail – for a grounded intuition boost and calming frequencies.
Aerial Flow Yoga
Float through a sequence of hip openers, core activation and inversions in our aerial silk hammocks. Each aerial shape is carefully guided with the option for hands-on assistance.
Third Eye Activation
Then, receive ancient energy healing at your third eye centre while floating in savasana. The hammock effortlessly reduces compression in your body, and waves of aromatherapy deepen your experience.
Floating Sound Bath
Finally, melt into meditation and crystal sound bowl vibrations – layered with Tibetan tones, bells and chimes. As you flow back down to earth, we’ll close with a tarot circle for added clarity and insight.
