Pause classes are held at Kenkō Studios, Eden Terrace, Auckland. Your inner-city escape, away from the noise of daily life. Iris is offering Meditation, Reiki and Sound classes until 11 August 2025. Then, aerial offerings at a new location will launch soon!
Guided Meditation & Sound – Mondays 12:15 pm
45 Minutes – $20 – Kenkō Studios
Take a mindful midday pause with this meditative reset combining breathwork, body awareness, intention setting, guided meditation and live sound healing.
You’ll be guided through a calming body scan to gently shift your state of consciousness, followed by a restorative sound bath using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and chimes.
Aromatherapy eye towels are offered for deep rest and inner clarity.
Guided Meditation & Reiki – Sundays 5:30 pm
60 Minutes – $22 – Kenkō Studios
Take a moment to pause with this meditative journey weaving together Reiki, Meditation, Sound and Tarot.
Each session is inspired by a unique archetype and moves through; intention setting, optional hands-on Reiki energy healing, a calming body scan, guided visualization, sound healing and a live Tarot reading – tuned to the group’s collective energy.
Each class creates space for deep inner reflection, leaving you feeling inspired, grounded and restored.
